2024 Valentine's Day Shipping Guidelines:

If you'd like your Fringe Banner to arrive for Feb. 14th:

💘 Preorders must be placed by Jan. 30th.

💘 In-Stock Fringe Banners must be placed by Feb. 7th.


Important info with December 25th in mind:

PRE-ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEC. 14 will ship late January 2024

ANY IN-STOCK ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEC. 16 will ship mid to late January, 2024


Suggested dates to receive for Dec. 25th within the US:

The final day to place pre-orders is Thursday Dec. 14 end of day.

The final day to place in-stock orders is Saturday Dec. 16 end of day.

All handmade pieces ship USPS Priority. If you need something ASAP we highly suggest upgrading to USPS Priority Express. The cut off date for this service is Dec. 19. Please reach out with any questions. We are always willing to help with tight timelines, but rush fees will apply.



When will my order ship?

FUN CULT is a small handmade brand and currently, most pieces are available as preorder. Pieces that are listed and sold as pre-order will typically ship about 14 business days from your purchase date. If you are on a tight timeline, we suggest you get in touch prior to your purchase.

Pieces that are marked as in-stock will ship out in 3-5 days.

If you order an in-stock piece as well as a pre-order piece, they will ship together once the preorder is ready to go out.

Pieces that will ship out separately and in 3-7 days: T-shirts, tote bags, phone cases, and pillows.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancelation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase.

How will I know when a restock is happening?

If something you have your eye on is currenlty not stocked, we strongly suggest signing up for back in stock notifications. By clicking over to the product page, you will see a button towards the bottom to add your contact details. This will help you snag your favorite asap once back in stock. Remember, FUN CULT is small, handmade, and coveted! 💖

Shipping Info

General shipping info..

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that FUN CULT has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. We primarily use USPS Priority and USPS Priority Express mail.

Do you offer returns?

FUN CULT does not offer returns but in the rare chance that you should have any issues with your order, please reach out to us.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Always check (and check again) that your address is correct when ordering- typos happen to the best of us or maybe you've recently moved. If you've found you've made a mistake, please contact us and if your package has not yet shipped, we can likely update your address. Once the package has shipped, we are unable to reroute the destination.

Once your order ships, you will be sent tracking details. We suggest keeping tabs on your tracking so you can scoop up your package once it arrives. Please be sure that your address is correct and that you are able to ship to a secure location. FUN CULT is not responsible for lost or stolen orders and will not issue refunds. You will need to contact USPS for assistance.
